And that wasn’t all. I decided to dig around the Polk Audio models a little more and found the Polk Audio RTi4, Polk Audio Monitor 40, and the Polk Audio R150 speakers to be pretty impressive, too. I also considered the Energy CB-5, Bose 161, M-Audio AV 40, and the Infinity Primus P152.
All of these speakers came from reputable brands, but I was especially impressed with Polk Audio products. By the time I invested my hard work, blood, sweat, and tears into my bookshelf speaker research, I realized I kept coming back to the Polk Audio TSi100 speakers. Okay, enough about my love for Amazon and the loads of research I did on bookshelf speakers. Now it’s time for the good stuff.

These speakers are sharp black, measuring 10.2 x 7 x 11 inches and weighing out at just 10 pounds. They are high performance bookshelf speakers designed for shelving or wall placement, and their size makes them easy to transport or to prop up on just about any table you have in mind.

Most consumers, including myself, were most impressed with the features and benefits the Polk Audio TSi100 speakers had to offer.
Their pros far outweigh their cons, and their benefits make these great speakers stand out on the list of other contenders—including other Polk Audio models.

Cons
Similar to some of the other Polk Audio bookshelf speakers I researched, I found that the biggest drawback to the Polk Audio TSi100 speakers is the thin bass.Don’t get me wrong, these speakers serve up some good bass, but it could be better.
I also wished they were just a little more efficient at higher volumes. Something else that could potentially be a con for you is the fact that these speakers are significantly larger than many other bookshelf speaker models you’ll find out there.
Don’t expect them to be tiny. They work great with a home theater system, but you have to make room for them.
Thankfully, their diverse midrange and crystal clear highs make up for any areas they lack. I’d say the Polk Audio TSi100 bookshelf speakers are ideal for anyone who lives in a small to medium-sized living space and who wants extremely clear sound quality for a very reasonable price.
